How can I access documents in the Trust Center?
To access documents in our Trust Center, simply visit our dedicated Trust Center page and log in with your account credentials. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by providing your email address and verifying your identity. Once logged in, you’ll see a categorized list of documents—just click on the one you need to view or download. For sensitive documents, you may need to complete an additional verification step, such as a two-factor authentication (2FA) code.
How do I subscribe to updates about new documents or changes in the Trust Center?
Subscribing to updates is easy! After logging into the Trust Center, navigate to the 'Notifications' or 'Subscribe' section. Here, you can select the types of updates you’re interested in, such as new compliance documents, security reports, or policy changes. You’ll receive email notifications whenever new content is added or existing documents are updated. You can also adjust your notification preferences anytime in your account settings.
What are the NDA requirements for accessing certain documents in the Trust Center?
Some documents in the Trust Center may require you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before access is granted. If an NDA is required, you’ll see a prompt when attempting to download the document. The NDA outlines the terms under which you can use and share the information. You’ll need to review and electronically sign the NDA before gaining access. Once signed, the document will be available for download, and you’ll be bound by the NDA’s terms. If you have questions about the NDA, our support team is happy to assist.
